$40 per hour or $25 for half hour.




$175.00/ hour sessions   


(can be used for 1 specific instructor or for selecting different instructors each session)

Nonmembers add $5.00 per session.

Jennifer Mangiapane


Jennifer Mangiapane, is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise, Yoga and Aqua Fitness Instructor (mom of 4).  She has over 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry.  Her passion is to help others find their true fitness potential.  Personal Training is never about what we “can’t do”, but about what we “CAN” do... let’s not train just so we can say “look at my muscles (even though it is a nice side benefit)!” Let’s work out our life’s joys and disappointments through the movement of our lives. May our willingness to show up for another day’s workout create a peace in us, in the middle of the storm, and a persistence in us, to continue to believe that God is WORKING OUT all things for our good. Focus: Weight loss, toning and sculpting, and nutrition.


   I assist the client in developing healthy habits of eating and strength training in order to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle that extends beyond our personal training sessions.  My goal for every client is to equip him/her with the knowledge and skills needed for balanced, healthy living while “doing life”, whether you’re a young college student studying for long hours, a mother balancing children and home life, or a fulltime employee working the grind.
