$40 per hour or $25 for half hour.

Kirk Abbott


Certifications: Personal Trainer (CPT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), CPR/First AID Certified. 


Focus: Weight loss, Hypertrophy, and Diabetes Management


Kirk has over 25 years experience coaching and training athletes. Specializing in weight loss and fitness training for all ages and levels, and clients with diabetes and post physical therapy needs. 


A former college football and baseball player at Iowa State University, Kirk has worked with many athletes in several sports, and has broad-based experience in integrated speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) and power training.  He also has an honors degree in Chemical Engineering and accreditations in Biochemical Engineering and Organic Chemistry. 

Sarah Leenman


Certifications: American Council on Exercise certified (2017), Les Mills group fitness instructor (2011), CPR/First AID Certified (2016) 


Focus: Weight loss, toning and sculpting, and nutrition.


   I assist the client in developing healthy habits of eating and strength training in order to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle that extends beyond our personal training sessions.  My goal for every client is to equip him/her with the knowledge and skills needed for balanced, healthy living while “doing life”, whether you’re a young college student studying for long hours, a mother balancing children and home life, or a fulltime employee working the grind. 

Kyle McSherry


I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer.


Fitness can be observed through any and all aspects of athleticism, functionality and general well-being. I enjoy partaking in Obstacle Course Racing, Strength Training, CrossFit, Adventure Racing, Backpacking, Highland Games and Martial Arts. I believe the pinnacle of fitness is being able to perform any and all tasks set before you.
